SOCIAL MEDIA IMPACT GRAPHICS

The American Kidney Fund (AKF) is an organization working on behalf of 37 million Americans living with kidney disease.

With the goal of generating a new wave of awareness about the organization's impact, the AKF collaborated with CC Design to create a social media package to do just that.

We created 3 design concepts conveying energy and optimism about the future. Each concept provided a different option to meet one single goal: to generate awareness and get people to donate. The concepts presented ranged from factual and straight forward to inspiring. The concepts were supported by bold messages and typography along with high-contrast graphics. The selected concept, “I kid you not”, set up the tone of a mini digital marketing campaign, which helped generate attention in favor of a growing medical condition in the U.S.
